Refund Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality electro-logy services to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and considerate of both our clients and our business operations. Please read the following carefully to understand the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make any changes to your scheduled session. If you cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, you will not be charged any fees, and any pre-paid sessions will remain on your account for future use.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This is because last-minute cancellations prevent us from booking other clients who may need the same time slot. No-shows, where a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, will be charged the full price of the missed session.
Refunds on Pre-Paid Packages
Many of our clients choose to purchase multiple sessions upfront as part of a treatment plan. These pre-paid packages come at a discounted rate to provide long-term value. Refunds on unused sessions within a package are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions preventing further treatment. Proof of such conditions may be required, such as a doctor’s note stating the reason treatment cannot continue.
If you request a refund on a pre-paid package, the sessions already used will be charged at the full single-session rate rather than the discounted package rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly. Refunds will not be granted for partially completed treatment plans if treatment is working as expected.
Dissatisfaction with Services
We take pride in our expertise and professionalism, but we understand that expectations and experiences may vary. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to speak with us immediately so we can address any concerns and adjust your treatment plan if necessary.
Refunds based on dissatisfaction will only be considered on a case-by-case basis, typically if there was an error in service or if a medical reaction occurred that prevented continued treatment. Please note that electrolysis is a process that requires multiple sessions for optimal results, and dissatisfaction due to slow progress is not a valid reason for a refund.
Refunds Due to Medical Conditions
If a client develops a medical condition that prevents them from continuing treatment, we may provide a refund for unused sessions. The client must provide a medical document or a doctor’s note explaining why electrolysis can no longer be performed. Refunds in such cases will be processed after verifying the medical condition, and the amount refunded will be determined based on the number of used sessions, calculated at the full non-discounted rate.
Refund Processing and Timeframes
If a refund is approved, the processing time may take up to 10-14 business days, depending on the payment method used. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment. If the payment was made using a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the payment was made via cash or check, a check will be issued to the client.
We do not offer cash refunds for credit card transactions. If a refund is approved and the original payment was made through a third-party service (such as PayPal or another digital payment provider), the refund will be issued according to the policies of that provider.
Non-Refundable Services and Fees
Certain services and fees are strictly non-refundable. These include:

Consultation Fees – If a client has booked a paid consultation, the fee is non-refundable regardless of whether they choose to proceed with treatment.

Used Single Sessions – Once a session has been completed, it is non-refundable.

Promotional and Discounted Services – Services purchased at a promotional rate or as part of a special offer cannot be refunded.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We value our clients and understand that special circumstances may arise that require unique considerations. While we follow a strict policy regarding refunds, we are always open to discussing individual situations. If you believe your case requires special attention, please contact us, and we will do our best to reach a fair resolution.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If a client disputes a charge with their bank or credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to challenge the dispute and provide evidence of the services rendered. Clients who issue chargebacks without just cause may be subject to being denied future appointments.
